Koay: VP post should go to youth chief

PENANG: MCA will request for the vice-chairman seat in the state Barisan Youth panel to be given to the new state MCA Youth chief once the party's Youth wing is formed, state MCA deputy chairman Datuk Koay Kar Huah said.  

National MCA Youth organising secretary Tan Yok Cheng is now holding the Barisan Youth vice-chairman post without the state MCA's endorsement.
