Ghafar files application against Heryati

KUALA LUMPUR: Tun Ghafar Baba has applied to the Syariah High Court here for an order to stop his former second wife from transferring or selling any of their joint assets pending a final decision by the court on the division of their assets. 

Ghafar, 78, filed the ex-parte application against Heryati Abdul Rahim before the court's chief registrar yesterday morning.
