PORT DICKSON: Twenty-seven Indian youths from several crime “hot-spots” in Petaling Jaya became the pioneer batch of participants at a three-day programme to address social ills among the community.
Deputy Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Mohd Jamil Johari said the programme was the first to be undertaken jointly between MIC-owned Social Strategic Foundation and Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF).
