IPOH: The National Narcotics Department plans to start a social service programme for 19-year-olds to prevent them from getting involved in drugs when they leave school.
Its director for the prevention division Abu Hassan Dahaman said the programme, which would be similar to a uniform body with a regimented lifestyle, would help to inculcate discipline in youths.
