JITRA: A new law to regulate electronic trade is being drafted by the Government, Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said yesterday.
He said the law, to be called the Electronic Transaction Act, would include provisions such as consumer protection and security aspects for online transactions.
