PETALING JAYA: The MTUC has alleged that seven Industrial Court Chairmen and their President have yet to receive 'enhanced benefits' promised by the Human Resources Ministry after their contracts were renewed.

Its president Zainal Rampak said in a statement yesterday that it was disturbing that these people who have been given the responsibility of ascertaining job security have been denied the right of equitable employment themselves.

However, Human Resources Minister Datuk Dr Fong Chan Onn said his ministry had not promised the Chairmen and President any 'enhanced benefits' as alleged by Zainal.
