SHAH ALAM: MCA is set against borrowing any money to build Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Utar) in its bid to keep fees as low as possible for Malaysian students, party president Datuk Seri Dr Ling Liong Sik said.
He said that RM50mil had been raised so far and this would be used mainly to pay staff salaries for the next five to six years.
