MALACCA: A Labour Court here has fixed Feb 26 to hear the claim of 348 workers who are seeking compensation totalling RM13.8mil from Infineon Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd, a semi-conductor company.
Rosni Karim and 347 others are seeking RM11.3mil in termination benefits, RM606,525 for salary in lieu of unused leave and RM1.9mil in indemnity in lieu of notice.
