KUALA LUMPUR: Prominent businessman Datuk Tan Kim Hor won his appeal in court yesterday which resulted in the revival of a petition to wind-up Tan Chong Consolidated Sdn Bhd, the private company which controls the Tan Chong group of companies.
The Court of Appeal also ordered that the petition, which had been prematurely struck out by High Court Justice Zainun Ali in September 2001, be heard by another High Court judge.
