Govt considering foreign labour for small businesses

PUTRAJAYA: The Government is studying the possibility of allowing small-scale businesses such as traditional grocers and barbers to employ foreign workers. 

Human Resources Minister Datuk Dr Fong Chan Onn said the ministry was aware that these businesses were facing possible closure due to an acute shortage of manpower.
