KUALA TERENGGANU: A teacher, making his defence on a sedition charge, told the Sessions Court here yesterday that he obtained ideas for the questions he set in the test paper for Form Two students in his school from Harakah, PAS’ official organ.
Testifying under cross-examination by Deputy Public Prosecutor Osman Abdullah, Shamsukamal Abu Bakar, 35, said he set the questions following heated public discussions on the judicial system and after reading the Harakah article which dealt at length on the matter.
