JOHOR BARU: Johor has imported more than 400,000 crates of mandarin oranges, a 24% increase from last year.
State Housing and Consumer Affairs Committee chairman Samat Aripin said the fruits were imported from China, Taiwan and Pakistan and sold in various places including Carrefour, Giant and Xtra hypermarkets.
