PETALING JAYA: The winning entries have been selected for The Star’s Buy ‘N’ Win contest, which was organised in conjunction with the eWorld 2002 technology exhibition held from Dec 13to 15.

Over 4,000 entries were received for the contest, which was open to all eWorld 2002 visitors who had bought at least RM50 worth of items at the show.

Participants were required to answer three questions on eWorld correctly and write a slogan of not more than 15 words to stand a chance of winning prizes.

Prizes for the contest include hotel stays, DVD players, mobile phone service subscriptions, printers and digital cameras. The first prize winner will receive an Apple iMac G4 700 Combo computer, a 3-day/2-night stay with breakfast at Cititel Penang and a DiGi Prepaid pack.

Contest judges had a gruelling time selecting the 33 winning slogans at a judging session held last week. Winners will be notified by post next week before the official prize presentation ceremony, which is scheduled for Jan 28.
