SHAH ALAM: Businessman Datuk Soh Chee Wen obtained a stay of his share fraud trial in the Sessions Court pending decisions by the superior courts over a pre-trial appeal submitted by both the defence and prosecution earlier this month.
Judge Suraya Othman said the court felt there were enough reasons to grant a stay as the issues raised were technical and complicated in nature.
