TAIPING: Drug addicts are becoming more desperate as their daily fix cost more now because of supply shortages, said Perak police chief Datuk Amiruddin Embi.
He said the addicts would do anything to get more money and warned that motorcycle thefts, snatch thefts and housebreaking were likely to increase.
