TAWAU: The Royal Malaysian Navy intercepted three boats with 17 Filipino illegal immigrants at Pulau Sipadan off the east coast town of Semporna on Monday.
Navy spokesman Murugayan Edward Pany said the illegals were found to have no travel documents when personnel of the KD Rencong under Lt Nazri Dahaman checked them.
