PENANG: The Penang MCA will seek an explanation from the state government on why a candidate it recommended to be a municipal councillor has been rejected.
State chairman Wong Kam Hoong said if necessary, he would seek a meeting with Chief Minister Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon to discuss the matter.
