Trader puts a shine to old ang pow packets

INNOVATIVE... C.H. Khoo with some of the decorative Chinese New Year ornaments he made by recycling ang pow packets and other materials to usher in the Year of the Goat at his stationery shop in Lukut, Port Dickson. 

The 39-year-old father of three, also turned 500 ang pow packets into lanterns that were replicas of those used to light up palaces in the Qing dynasty.
