KLANG: The Year of the Goat will see MCA members working hard to raise funds for Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Utar) without neglecting its responsibility towards the financial needs of Chinese independent schools, said MCA vice-president Datuk Seri Ong Ka Ting. 

“Utar and Chinese independent schools are important agendas for the party. But the two sectors need heavy funding and they turn to the community for support.
