KUALA LUMPUR: Hong Kong stars Andy Lau and Cheung Tat Meng will be here today in conjunction with the release of their latest action flick Cat & Mouse.
The stars will be in town for a full day of activities including a meet-the-fans session and a charity drive launch.
Cat & Mouse is scheduled for general screening in the cinemas on Feb 6, but the stars are in town to send early Chinese New Year greetings to the fans here.
Fans will get the chance to get up close and personal with screen idol Lau and comedian Cheung at Sunway Pyramid skating rink in Bandar Sunway during the movie's official launch at 3pm.
The stars will also make a special appearance at the launch of the Cat & Mouse movie charity drive at the Ampitheatre at Mines Wonderland. Their appearance is jointly organised by Drinho, Audio One Entertainment, Hiapmax Entertainment and Ronald McDonald Childrens Charities to bring some festive joy to the less fortunate.
Cat & Mouse is a comedy based on the classic Chinese tale of Judge Pao and his group of heroic helpers. Co-starring Cecilia Cheung and Anthony Wong, it is set to be a hit with movie-goers this Chinese New Year.
