SANDAKAN: Shoppers and staff at a supermarket here had a shock yesterday when over 20 men stormed into the premises to “liberate” their friend who had been apprehended for shoplifting.
The incident began at 10.15am when several employees of the Genting Mas supermarket caught a man after they had spotted him walking away with a beverage pack without paying for it.
