JOHOR BARU: Only 17% or 5,338 traffic summonses issued against Singaporean motorists last year were paid up, said Johor Internal Security and Public Order chief Supt Ma’aroff Jantan.
He said the number of Singapore traffic offenders had increased steadily over the past few years with a total of 30,116 traffic summonses being issued last year.
