KUALA LUMPUR: The prosecution has asked for its own child psychiatrist to examine the 13-year-old boy on trial for the murder of his tuition teacher's daughter.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Mohd Dusuki Mokhtar argued in the High Court yesterday that their expert, Dr Toh Chin Lee, should be permitted to observe the boy so that the prosecution could refute Tan Sri Dr M. Mahadevan' evidence.
