SKUDAI: The Government is studying the possibility of giving full loans to graduates under the Graduates Entrepreneurs Fund to help them succeed in their business ventures, especially those in the ICT industry.
This could also help produce more middle-class entrepreneurs, Deputy Entrepreneur Development Minister Datuk Khalid Yunus said.
