BENTONG: People who are not eligible for the state’s fund for the hardcore poor have been named in this year’s list of recipients, said Pahang Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Adnan Yaakob.
The state government detected this impropriety in the lists submitted by various parties, he told reporters after presenting bicycles and cash to 400 hardcore poor, orphans and senior citizens in Simpang Pelangai, near here, on Friday.
