PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia does not want war to be used as a strategy to resolve conflicts in Iraq, said Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar.
Syed Hamid, who met Iraqi Industry and Minerals Minister Muyassar Rija Shalah at his office here yesterday, said he had explained Malaysia’s stand and position of wanting to see a multilateral process adopted to resolve the current conflict between the United States and Iraq.
