Court allows application for order to quash award

KUALA LUMPUR: A public listed company obtained leave from the High Court yesterday to apply to quash an Industrial Court award which granted a woman RM46,680 in back wages for being a victim of sexual harassment. 

Justice Abdul Hamid Said allowed the application by Sitt Tatt Bhd for a certiorari order to quash the award given to G. Flora on Dec 14, 2001.
