JOHOR BARU: Beginning this year, property buyers will have to pay more when dealing with the Land Office following a review in administrative and processing charges gazetted by the state government recently.
Among the significant upward reviews were a 300% jump in registration fees for transfer of property valued above RM500,000 while services like application for temporary occupation and land title searches will see a minimal increment.
