Malaysian rock singer Awie, whose real name is Ahmad Azhar Othman, was already engaged to a woman identified as Sharifah Ladyana on June 3.
News of the engagement broke out after a photo leaked in the Internet showing his fiancée, nicknamed Lady, together with his daughters, Puteri Aleefa Antasha and Puteri Aleefa Antasha.
"Yes, I am engaged and all the facts stated before this were true," Awie confirmed to Kosmo!
The 48-year-old singer said he did not make any announcement because it was a private matter.
He also shared that they might get married this year but the ceremony won't be held until next year.
He said Lady, a staff of AirAsia, has received the blessings of his children.
