A man was killed after being hit by a KLIA Express train Monday morning. It was learnt that the victim had trespassed by trying to cross the tracks at the Sungai Besi LRT station. Lee Ah Lai, 58, who died at the scene, suffered a broken right leg and severe head injuries. Cheras police chief Asst Comm Chong Kok Sin said the victim was flung 25m away after being hit and his body was found by a ground staff in a ditch. "Investigation found that the train conductor noticed that something hit the train while travelling to KLIA, but was unsure what the object was," he said. The conductor alerted the control centre which led to the discovery of the dead body.
