A 47-year-old man had sex with his future daughter-in-law after he fell in love with her and was shocked when she blackmailed him with their raunchy video in Puchong.
The 23-year-old woman also threatened to show the video to the man's wife and lodge a police report to accuse him of rape if he refused to pay her.
According to police, the suspect often visited the family in Pusat Bandar Puchong.
Not knowing what to do, the man confessed to the affair to his 42-year-old wife who lodged a report at the Puchong police station.
Peeping Tom secretly records woman in shower
Police arrested a man who was caught red-handed secretly recording a female victim in the shower at a condominium in Petaling Jaya on Nov 1.
District police chief Asst Comm Mohd Zani Che Din said the suspect, in his 40s, had peeked through the victim's toilet window and used his mobile phone to record her bathing.
The lewd act was exposed when the victim saw the mobile phone by the window and quickly grabbed it.
While the suspect ran away, the victim went through his phone and found a three-minute long video of her in the shower.
She also found a snapshot of the suspect's MyKad in the photo gallery in the phone.
Based on information from the MyKad, police successfully nabbed the suspect at his house in Seksyen 12.
