Angry man flashes genitals at village head over unresolved flooding issues


A man in Pokok Sena, Kedah flashed his private parts to a village committee chairman to express his anger over unresolved flash flooding issue. The village safety and development committee’s (JKKK) chairman, who did not wish to be identified, said he was disappointed by the man's action. “As the chairman, I can only raise their problem to the right channels, and I can't afford to fund it myself," he said. He hoped people would understand that his job as the committee chairman was to help voice out villagers' grouses, and that he was not assigned to solve financial issues.
