Despite having so many fans, 56-year-old Datuk Jamal Abdillah admits that not having a wife to return home to causes him to feel lonely. The singer said that although he is grateful to be surrounded by fans, he still gets lonely at home. “I am interested in women who wear tudung and it doesn’t matter where she comes from,” he said, during a performance in Negeri Sembilan recently. Jamal who hastwo children from three former marriages, says he still harbours hope of starting another family.

A pregnant teen was one of the four women tested positive for drugs last Friday in Ampang. The 19-year-old admitted that she took methamphetamine despite being pregnant and the baby a day overdue. She said peer and the anticipation of giving birth led to her actions. “My husband and family do not know that I am involved in this (drug taking) because I usually do it outside with my friends,” the woman said. She nonetheless contacted her husband for help after she being brought to the National Anti-Drug Agency office in Ampang.
