Actress Rozita Che Wan has decided to don the hijab after she performed the umrah in Mecca with her husband Zain Saidin recently. The 42-year-old mother said it was about time to change her image appropriate to her age. "Praise to God, this is a good change and is a religious duty. Upon returning from the umrah, I did not hesitate to wear the hijab and may God bless this appearance forever," she said. The actress, also known as Che Ta, hoped that her new image would not turn into an issue and was confident that it would not affect her career.

Veteran singer Datuk Dahlan Zainuddin was diagnosed with pneumonia after suffering from severe cough and fever for two weeks. The singer was admitted to Ampang Hospital last Friday. Dahlan, who is famous for his song Kisah Seorang Biduan, admitted that his health deteriorated due to his procrastination to seek treatment.
