Subang Jaya gym molest suspects not charged due to lack of evidence

Two men, alleged to have sexually assaulted a teenager at a gym's sauna in Subang Jaya, will not be charged in court at the moment due to a lack of evidence and witnesses. Subang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Yahaya Ramli said the investigation officer received the directive from the Attorney-General's Chambers on Thursday. It was previously reported that two suspects, aged 48 and 57, sexually assaulted a 17-year-old boy. One of the suspects was said to be a popular local singer.

> Model raped during casting
A model was allegedly raped at a hotel after being lured there to be cast for a role. The 22-year-old victim had gone for the casting after the suspect told her that she would be paid RM500 a day if she managed to get a job. The suspect also filmed the incident, which occurred in Selangor recently, and sent it to the victim, asking her to pay for RM1,000. She lodged a police report after receiving the video and went to the hospital for a medical check-up. The suspect was detained at his house Wednesday night.
