Terror’s grip on Mozambique

IN October, a visit to Cabo Delgado in northern Mozambique revealed the devastating impact of an insurgency that claims an affiliation with the Islamic State group.

Known as Isis-Mozambique, this group has wreaked havoc on both Muslims and Christians, turning a once-peaceful region of fishing and farming into a conflict zone.
