WITH Israel clamping down on food shipments to the Gaza Strip, the Biden administration is finally warning Israel to ease up or risk a suspension of some military aid.

In a letter released Tuesday, the administration gave Israel 30 days to allow more humanitarian assistance to enter Gaza, or it would face consequences. That’s a welcome indication that President Joe Biden is belatedly enforcing United States’ law, which bars military assistance to countries that block American humanitarian aid.
