Instead of military action against Russia, these countries turned to economic warfare.

On Feb 24, the world will mark two years of Russia’s war on Ukraine. In this moment, the US and other sanctioning nations face additional pivotal questions: Have sanctions and international trade measures made a difference? Should they be continued?
