COMM Datuk Saiful Azly Kamaruddin was only appointed Kuala Lumpur’s chief police officer in September last year but he already has ambitious plans to make the city among the safest in the world. He talks to Sunday Star about driving that primary focus while also working on elevating the level of integrity among the men and women of the KL police force.
