App for abuse victims in the works

Safetify, an app that aims to provide easy access for domestic violence victims to seek justice and help, is in the works.

Developed by a team of Taylor’s University students in partnership with the Women’s Aid Organisation (WAO), it will provide information on women shelters and support from volunteer workers, as well as identify markers of domestic violence.
