THE Education Ministry has always forecast the need for principals and school heads, and identified qualified officers to follow the National Professional Qualification for Educational Leaders (NPQEL) in order to provide a sufficient talent pool of school leaders, the Dewan Negara was told on June 26.
Deputy Education Minister Lim Hui Ying said as of June this year, there were 18 vacancies for principal positions in Sarawak.
