ONE may not fully appreciate the challenges faced by teachers if one had not experienced them oneself.

For parents who suddenly found themselves having to homeschool or tutor their children during the Covid-19 pandemic, they would have since realised that the job is far more demanding than anticipated. For teachers like me, the pandemic gave us the added challenges of teaching from a digital screen when the mode of instruction moved online.
