Real estate scholarships

Boosting real estate education: (From left) The Memorandum of Agreement to kickstart the REAL programmes was signed between HCK Capital Group Berhad group executive director Datuk Clifford Hii, SAM representative Rachel Ng, and SEGi Group of Colleges chief executive officer Stella Lau.

AS the Covid-19 pandemic continues to roil the nation’s economy causing record high unemployment, a developer has pledged RM200,000 worth of scholarships for individuals seeking to improve their livelihoods through upskilling in the property industry.

The HCK Capital Group, which made the pledge, has partnered with Smartasset Marketing (SAM), a marketing representative of HCK Group and SEGi University and Colleges, to offer a series of professional certifications, collectively known as Real Estate Affirmative Learning (REAL).
