DESPITE graduating amid a global pandemic and an economic downturn, Malaysian Jowei Yek, managed to secure a job as a Digital Content Specialist at the world’s largest direct selling company in the United States.

Determined not to let the uncertainties brought on by Covid-19 impact his learning experience, the 21-year-old who did the American Degree Transfer Programme at INTI International College Subang, took on several leadership roles when he moved to Grand Valley State University (GVSU), Michigan prior to his graduation in April.
