OVER 1,000 students staying at the Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) residential colleges are thankful for the Covid-19 staff who worked tirelessly to prevent the spread of this pandemic on campus.
The staff, together with volunteers, carried out their tasks confidently and responsibly at all times despite being under the scrutiny of every student and their parents, a survey of students’ perceptions on how the university’s management is addressing the Covid-19 crisis, found.
The students surveyed said they were well cared for. Almost all survey participants were satisfied with the services provided by the varsity staff particularly during the implementation of the first and second phase of the movement control order (MCO).
Four aspects were assessed in the survey done last month - communication, facilities provided by the varsity, safety and food.
