TUNKU Abdul Rahman University College (TAR UC) has decided to postpone its convocation originally scheduled to be held from Feb 22 to 24 at the Kuala Lumpur Main Campus and Feb 29 at the Penang branch campus in view of the public concern about the Covid-19 (coronavirus) outbreak.
The institution in a statement, said a full refund will be given to all graduands who have made payment for the convocation fees.
“Graduands’ certificates and transcripts will be made available for collection with the completion of the Tracer Study and Exit Survey, ” it said.
The rental of convocation attire can be arranged for graduands for photography purposes.
To arrange for the collection of convocation attire, graduands are advised to contact the Department of Corporate Communication and Marketing at the Kuala Lumpur Main Campus at 03-41450100/23 (ext 3726,3727 or 3227) or email at email@example.com or the Penang branch campus at 04-8995230 (ext 103,104 or 108) or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
TAR UC will continue to monitor the situation and the new dates of the convocation will be communicated in due course.
