UM faculty appealing for funds to save its buildings


The damaged and leaky roof of the building that houses the lecture halls of Universiti Malaya’s (UM) Faculty of Economics and Administration.

UNIVERSITI Malaya’s Faculty of Economics and Administration was once two beautiful buildings, designed look different from the other buildings dotted around the campus.

Now, these two structures are very old, in bad shape and have become a health and safety hazard, especially after the top floor of the administrative building was razed in a fire this year.
