FORMER Transparency International Malaysia president Assoc Prof Datuk Seri Akhbar Satar is the first Professorial Chair appointee to lead HELP University’s Institute of Crime and Criminology (ICC).

ICC director since 2006 when it was set up, the Malaysian Association of Certified Fraud Examiners president has over 36 years of investigative experience and has spoken widely on fraud, corruption, ethics, integrity and the detection of deception at seminars and conventions held both locally and internationally.
