PenDaPaT submits memo to ministry

THE Malaysian Society for Higher Education Policy and Research Development (PenDaPaT) has submitted an extensive memorandum to Education Minister Dr Maszlee Malik.

It lists nine recommendations for the improvement of the higher education landscape in the country.
