MALAYSIA has positioned itself as an ideal higher education destination as it offers world-recognised learning programmes, reasonable tuition fees, as well as an affordable cost of living, said Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh.

Addressing some 50 delegates, including business players and recruitment agents from Kaza-khstan, Idris said more students from that country should consider having their tertiary education here since there were direct flights between the two countries.
